    Ultra Thin
    Double Sided Tape for Basting together two Pieces of Fabric
    Used in Marine Canvas Sail, Zippers, Leather craft, Upholstery, and Vinyl
    A must have for sewing and crafting
    This is a double-sided acrylic adhesive that bonds well with coarse canvas fabrics like Sunbrella, Top Notch, or Top Gun, as well as most Home Décor fabrics. Basting prior to sewing prevents feeding problems and provides more accurate, even hems and water resistant seams. Basting tapes are left permanently in place and are invisible. If any needle gumming occurs while sewing, intermittently clean the needle with an alcohol swab or use Goo Gone.
    The narrow width of this 1/8" basting tape makes it perfect for use with #5 zippers. The tape will stick well and will not gum up the zipper teeth. It is also excellent for attaching cushion boxing to the plate in upholstery work.
    Please Note:
    Always test the adhesive bond strength for your material and application. SLC does not recommend this for heavyweight fabrics, use a wider version.
