Crinoline is a multi-purpose material ideal for petticoats or to add structure and volume to costumes, garments, dresses, trims, veils, crafts, and more. The fabric features a hex mesh 1cm diamond shape holes and is non fray and non stretch and sold by the yard continuous up to 240 yards. Smaller quantities ship folded and larger orders will ship on a roll.
